The Author
Kenneth Manesse Sr. has always taken life very seriously, as a young man and as an entrepreneur in start ups and ongoing businesses. At the age of 23 Kenneth found that giving was the biggest part of his life’s desire, so marrying a women with six small children and then adding an additional two more before the age of 25, was a responsibility that felt natural to him. Soon Kenneth was seeing the short coming in his own life, and the need for tools to help himself and his children’s development sent him on the path of more schooling, this time in pursuit of formal training. This new family life adventure would start the ground work for a desire of a deeper understanding of behavioral development.
What seemed to be learned at school was implemented the very next day. This “hand’s on” approach was a key understanding of how “Learning, Living, and Helping,” was to be a lifelong process, this process would be developed by Kenneth as the foundation for coaching others. Kenneth volunteered his time in the starting and development of a first of its kind lay-counseling ministry at his local church and contributed 3 years, to helping families that were struggling with life questions.
Kenneth’s understanding the importance of “what he was create to be” and because he knew “who he was” and wanting to give back, he looked for ways to provide even more to those in need. Kenneth took this information and launched a new business in the coaching industry using the new understanding that was learned from his yearlong study of the “Book of Proverbs”. This new business and new way of helping his clients “Learning, Living, Helping” would soon be adopted as the tag line for his life, and being able to achieve his business goals in such a short period of time, and how the impact of having these truths change his life, decided to write this book with the understanding that this “partnering of relationships”, to create a reality that would results in action, was a way of leaving a legacy.
“I started a coaching business to accomplish what I have been gifted to do, and that is encourage and provide help; I believe it to be my purpose in life, and it would be fulfilling that plan for my life, “A Purpose Panned Life.”
Kenneth A Manesse Sr. 2005 (Col. 2:2-3)
